Persona 3 Reload: Nozomi Suemitsu (Moon) social link choices & unlock guide

Across the Persona series, some storylines are loved, and some not so much. Persona 3 Reload has one of the least-loved links in the series - and that's the Nozomi Suemitsu social link, who represents the Moon Arcana of Persona. This is also an easy S-Link to miss, as unlocking and starting it is a little obtuse. This Nozomi S-Link guide will help you to unlock and max the link.

While the characters are the same, the script and setup of each social link is slightly different in Persona 3 Reload to previous versions of the game - so this guide is only for Reload. Nozomi S-Link Guide - Moon (Persona 3 Reload)

The social link system is driven by a hidden RPG stat that measures the experience value of each relationship you forge in the game. When spending time with each friend, saying the right things in your dialogue choices will make you rank up quicker - and this guide has every single dialogue option for every rank of the Nozomi Suemitsu social link, making it easy to rank it up quickly, efficiently, and with ease.

Some important notes on this guide. First, it's as spoiler free as we were able to make it. Second, do keep in mind that the point values listed for answers below assumes that you have a Moon Arcana Persona in your stock when you spend time with Nozomi. Doing this triggers an Arcana Bonus which grants even more progress towards ranking up your S-Link - so be sure to do that.

The Moon Social Link with Nozomi is easy to miss - but this guide will help you to start it and max it quickly in Persona 3 Reload.

Key Information about Nozomi Suemitsu

Prerequisite: Reach rank 2 in Charm, Odd Morsel.
Available Days: Everyday in the daytime.

Nozomi's social link has an unusual condition to unlock. First, you need to reach rank 2 charm. Then answer the quiz Nozomi gives for you to start the Social Link. When the quiz is over, you will need an Odd Morsel in your inventory to start the Social Link. Odd Morsel is not a common item, but you should able to find it in one Tartarus session in the early floors. As for the Social Link, this is one of the easiest Social Links to max out. By bringing a matching arcana and selecting the right choices, you will only need to spend one extra day with him to reach the full rank. Since Nozomi is available every day, it's advisable to spend time with him during school exam periods or holidays like the summer break, avoiding days that overlap with classmate-related Social Links.

Unlocking Social Link & Rank 1

Talk to Nozomi in Paulownia Mall. You will need to meet certain prerequisites before you can start the social link.

First of all, you’ll need Rank 2 in your Charm Social Stat.
You’ll then need to use your charm to distract Nozomi from his food.

You’ll need to answer the following three questions correctly.

What’s the most popular drink at the cafe over there?
- “Pheremone Coffee.”
What color is the mascot for Azaki Arai Sweets, Azuki-chan?
- “Red.”
What is the secret menu item at Hagakure?
- “Hagakure Bowl.”

Once that is finished, you will need an Odd Morsel in your inventory to start the Social Link.
