Avowed misses its initial 2024 release date and pushed back to February 18, 2025
Xbox Game Studios has announced that it has made the decision to move back the release date of Avowed, the next RPG by Obsidian Entertainment, to February 18, 2025. The game was initially set to release some time in 2024 and it was even going to potentially release in November based on an internal leak from its website.
Obsidian Entertainment shared lots of Avowed info and gameplay footage back in June during the Summer Games Fest event with extending gameplay showcases and sat down with Adam for an interview that emphasized the RPG experience of the upcoming title.
Once again, Avowed is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC now on February 18, 2025.
So many games coming! As such, we're moving Avowed to Feb 18, 2025 to give players’ backlogs some breathing room.
