Bandai Namco takes a deeper dive into what's new in Tales of Graces f Remastered
Bandai Namco released a new blog post for Tales of Graces f Remastered going into detail all the new features that both new and returning players can expect. Most of these were previously mentioned in the remastered title's announcement at the end of last month, but a few details were clarified.
Aside from the usual graphical upgrades, players will have access to a new dash that is faster than running that allows for exploration segments to go much faster. People will also be able to fast-forward or skip skits. Plus, players can immediately retry Regular Battles if they've been defeated in them.
Another handy addition is that there are now subtitles available for Mystic Artes during battle, as well as subtitles for post-battle dialogue interactions.
Bandai Namco has clarified that while much of the original game's DLC will be included, "some DLC content (mainly licensed content) has been excluded from this remaster."
Another major addition in this remaster is that certain DLC skits in the original release were only available in Japanese; now, those skits will be viewable in other languages with English voice-overs available. These scenes will have Alexis Tipton as Cheria's English voice, while Laura Bailey will remain as Cheria's English voice for the rest of the other game content that's been previously released before. Aside from that voice cast change for these newly localized scenes, the rest of the English voice cast has returned to voice their characters.
