Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered heads to PlayStation 5 on November 7
NIS America unveiled that they are bringing the first Phantom Brave title to PlayStation 5 as Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered on November 7. Originally released on PS2 in 2004, the title was re-released on Steam in July 2016 and on Switch in August 2021 as part of the Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 1 collection.
Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered tells the tale of Marona's first adventure when she first met a phantom named Ash. She utilizes her unique Chartreuse Gale to bind the souls of phantoms to objects.
Though the Confine skill, the phantom is granteded a temporary vessel when they're binded to something. This is how players create additional party members in battle.
Phantom Brave's sequel, Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero, recently announced that it is launching on January 30, 2025 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch; its PC version will be coming later in 2025.
