Super Robot Wars DD will add Voltes V Legacy and new armaments for Lelouch's Wing Gundam Zero Rebellion
Bandai Namco has revealed more content coming to Super Robot Wars DD at the April 2025 SRW series information stream. The company will add new playable units from numerous titles, including Voltes V Legacy and Mashin Creator Wataru.
The first one is also one of the most significant reveals of the batch. Voltes V Legacy is a Philippines-made live-action film based on Voltes V, but it has also been brought over to Japan with Japanese dubbing. A new scout event that will appear first temporarily in late April 2025 will let players get the eponymous robot with an anime-illustrated version of Steve Armstrong, who was portrayed by Miguel Tanfelix in the film.

The other major reveal in the stream is a new Crossing Pilot R event coming sometime in 2025 that adds new armaments to an existing unit from the Code Geass - Gundam Wing Endless Waltz crossover. Lelouch "Zero" Lamperouge's Wing Gundam Zero Rebellion will get the MV Sabers and Super VARIS Buster Rifles as new weapons.
As a side note, Bandai Spirits will also release an official scaled Gundam Fix Figuration Metal Composite action figure of the same unit in real proportions with all of its armaments and a shield that lets it fully transform into Neo Bird Mode.

The new content from Mashin Creator Wataru will appear via its own time-limited event, although Bandai Namco has still yet to announce its launch window. And last but not least, the team will start a new episode in the game's storyline with Chapter 4 Part 1 next May, which will come with the upgraded Super Granzort from Mado King Granzort.
