Avowed: All Treasure Maps and Treasure Locations
One of the earlier secrets that players will discover in Avowed is that of Treasure Maps. It's a routine as classic as can be: find a map with a clue leading to some treasure, 'X' marks the spot, and go and earn your new rare item. However, the clues provided with Avowed's treasure maps are often pretty tricky and can be tough to discover on your own. In this guide, we'll go over where to find each treasure and treasure map in the game.
To help keep track of your progress, know that there are three treasures to be found in each of the game's four regions, meaning twelve treasures in all to find. Once you find them all, you'll earn the Pathfinder achievement.

Treasure Map - Intimidating Feline Codpiece
Buy map from Lynna at The Best Offense at Claviger’s Landing.
Follow the path directly north from Yellowband Camp, you’ll find a cave entrance loosely covered by barricades. Once you break down the barricades, inside you can find Stelgaer’s Pride.
Treasure Map - Captain Henqua’s Spoils
Find the map on a corpse near the top of the Lighthouse near Claviger’s Landing
Head to the river’s shore northeast of Western Pargrun Wall Beacon. In the nearby underwater cave just south of the bridge, you can find Wind and Wave.
Treasure Map - Woedica’s Inheritance
Buy the map from Sanza’s Makeshift Emporium in Northern Paradis.
On the exterior eastern wall of Paradis, north of The Mermaid’s Den on the map, you can find a switch tucked into a little nook west of God’s Gate Beacon. Press the switch, and inside is a chest with Gloves of the Strangler.

Treasure Map - Painter’s Regret
Find the map on an easel in the farmhouse directly north of the Maxim’s Claim Party Camp.
In a cliffside cave on the west side of the river north of Rootbound Godless Ruins, just south of the Wildwood Outskirts Party camp, find Painter’s Brush in a chest.
Treasure Map - Practical Pockets
Buy the map from Ector Brewer at The Gifted Magpie at Fior mes Iverno.
Just northeast of Ranger’s Headquarters, can find a small cave. Inside is a chest with Hjide’s Handy Hide.
Treasure Map - Earthy Aegis
Find the map inside of a house near Naku Tedek Grounds. Head south from the entrance of Naku Tedek itself, follow the line of tents, and look for a large root leading to a broken roof of a building. Inside is a chest with the map.
High on the building just west of Rock Arch Beacon fast travel point, high up on a vine, you’ll be able to see into the room with the chest.
There is a switch near the ‘window’ here, that will open the door to the Nature’s Ward.
Shatterscarp Treasure Maps
Treasure Map - Robe of the Arcane Cheater
Buy the map from Ihaka at The Thrifty Pig at the far east end of Deadfall Highlands.
Head northeast of the Tago’s Tower Beacon. Take the tilted pillar to the upper level to find a chest with Necropants.
Treasure Map - Seafarer’s Boots
Find map on a blanket near an NPC directly east of Thirdborn.
If you follow the river between Sulfur Mines Basecamp and Leivathan’s Hollow, you’ll find a web that is hiding a small grotto under a stone bridge. Inside you’ll find an Illusion Yatzli will need to dispel. Inside you’ll find materials.
Seems the map is actually referring to the Wavefinder’s Boots just outside the cave.
Treasure Map - Dead Man’s Mail
Find the map on a corpse in the middle of the Great Sand Sea. It’s located inside of a tent right on top of the ‘S’ in ‘Sea’.
Located east of the lake just south of the word ‘Ancient’ in ‘Ancient Lakebed’. Jump down from the upper ledge to enter the cave and find Robes of Surpassing Brilliance.
Galawain’s Tusks Treasure Maps
Treasure Map - Ancient Arrowhead
Find the map on a corpse in the back of a cave to the west of Writhing Ruins. It’s the same location as the Mater Mare bounter.
There will be a chest on a ledge directly east of Warden’s Rest with Scout’s Reach.
Treasure Map - My Loyal Shield
Buy the map from Stockkeeper Eberk at Southern Warden Tower.
South of Outcast Tower Camp, in the building on the high bluff near the lava river, you can press a switch on the back of the altar to open a door to find Time’s Tarnish.
Treasure Map - The Blade That Hungers
Purchase from Bulti from one of the upper levels of Solace Keep.
Can find Umbral Needle to far north of Ash Forest.
